Kids’ Baseball Class

Kids’ Baseball Class Report

On Saturday, December 6, 2014, the second Nexon x Chiba Lotte Marines Kids’ Baseball Class was held at the Chiba Lotte Marines’ indoor practice facility in Chiba, Japan. The instructors for the day were top players from Japanese pro-baseball team, the Chiba Lotte Marines, including Shota Ishimine and Naoya Masuda. Tomoya Satozaki, who retired from professional baseball this year, was also present.

AM10:00 Assembly & warm-ups

The baseball class was held at the Chiba Lotte Marines’ indoor practice facility this year as well.

The group started off with warm-ups to prevent injury.

AM10:20 Kids’ Baseball Class

Kids’ Baseball Class begins!

Shota Ishimine gave instructions for the fielding section. All the kids intently listened to Ishimine’s advice on fielding.

Naoya Masuda gave instructions for the pitching section. Masuda gave great instructions on the points of pitching.

Tomoya Satozaki gave instructions for the batting section. Satozaki carefully taught the kids about batting.

Finally, the players and all the kids took a commemorative photo together. This year, there were 66 participants-double from last year!
